Essence: Keep The Height of the Spine During the Twist- Length and Opposition...Don't Shrink! Turn from the Waist.
Repetitons: 3-5 each Direction, alternating.
Breath: Inhale to find Length and Stretch, Each Twist is and Exhale without and inhale in Between...you are Wringing out the Lungs!
Inhale to Legthen Back To Centre (Forward) Position
Tips: Place both feet against the wall for feedback.
Keep Ribs over the hips.

'Push the breastbone up to the chin.' *imagery cue
Keep the collarbones open during the twist.
Bend Knees so feet are flat on floor if lower back is slumped- keep knees pressed together gently throughout
